1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, signing in with Google, or using any feature on ZapplyX ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") at https://www.zapplyx.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ZapplyX is an AI-powered job search intelligence and founder outreach workstation. Features include:

Discovering and browsing publicly disclosed venture-backed startups and founder dossiers.
Parsing candidate resumes to extract skills, contact details, and academics.
Tailoring resume bullet points and drafting professional cold emails and LinkedIn messages using artificial intelligence.
Automating personalized email dispatch through user-configured SMTP or user-connected Gmail accounts.
Delivering curated morning digests via the Startup Intelligence Radar newsletter.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all content, communications, and emails transmitted through your ZapplyX account. You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited bulk commercial spam, harassment, deceptive pitches, or phishing communications.
Violate the United States CAN-SPAM Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or any applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any individual or company, or forge email headers.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of ZapplyX infrastructure or third-party APIs.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Google OAuth

When connecting external services (including Google OAuth or Gmail integration):

You authorize ZapplyX to interact with these services strictly on your behalf and in accordance with the permissions granted.
You acknowledge that your use of Google accounts is subject to the Google Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke ZapplyX's access to your Google account at any time through Google Account Settings or your ZapplyX settings drawer.

5. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

Certain features, including higher credit allowances and managed API mode, require paid subscriptions:

All payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (UPI / Razorpay / Stripe).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OFFERS, INTERVIEWS, OR VENTURE RESPONSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAPPLYX AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
